Order/Product Fulfillment

Shares, Inc. offers fulfillment services at all three of our facilities and can provide warehousing to alleviate inventory on hand. We will manage inventory, assemble and kit as requested, and provide seamless delivery back to you or your customers.

Production / Fulfillment

Our production and service centers, totaling more than 125,000 square feet are located in Central Indiana’s Hancock, Rush and Shelby counties. Shares, Inc. maintains its own fleet of trucks for fast pick-ups and deliveries. We also feature skilled graphic and structural designers, automated production equipment and logistics management. We have a flexible workforce of more than 300 individuals including qualified line supervisors to maintain excellent quality control.

Printing Fulfillment

Shares, Inc. can maintain an inventory of your parts and components, assemble or kit them as required, then deliver the completed pieces back to you or directly to your customer. We offer fulfillment services at all of our facilities, which also maintain plenty of valuable warehouse space.

Inventory Management

Shares, Inc.’s inventory management services provide our customers peace of mind while we track and maintain inventory levels. In the event materials begin to run low, we will send a notification to avoid any production delays.

To meet customer expectations, orders are filled and delivered “just-in-time” (JIT). This service works in tandem with our fulfillment services and allows our customers to be more efficient and productive.

Shares, Inc. can deliver to anywhere in the country from our central location in the heart of Indiana, where more than half of the U.S. population is within a day’s drive. We have multiple locations in central Indiana, each with their warehouse space. Whatever your distribution needs are, we can meet them efficiently and cost-effectively.

Procurement

We enjoy strategic procurement partnerships with several supplier manufacturers in the U.S. and Canada. We obtain competitive prices on raw materials, print finishing and co-packing services, and follow LEAN manufacturing practices. We offer the highest level of quality assurance including full ship tests, incoming customer product checks, quality control of display components, and quality control of assembled and co-packed displays. In addition, we can coordinate logistics with preferred transport suppliers or we can supply private, local trucks as well as full-service LTL, truckload, container, and air freight services.

Logistics

We provide complete fulfillment services on-demand or through inventory management and can deliver to anywhere in the country from our central location in the heart of Indiana. We have multiple locations in Central Indiana, each with its own temperature-controlled storage and warehouse space. Whatever your distribution needs are, we can meet them efficiently and cost-effectively.

Mailing

Shares, Inc.’s mailing services include assembling a variety of print pieces including brochures, ad slicks, informational packets and more. We will assemble the packets and deliver or mail the finished product to customers.
